VINX Index Information: Adjustment of VINX Benchmark due to rights issue in Husqvarna (04/09)

The board of Husqvarna has proposed that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), on March 9, 2009, approves a rights issue. The scheduled record date is March 12, 2009. Provided that the EGM approves the proposed rights issue, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will carry out an adjustment of VINX Benchmark index in accordance with the ”Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ Tradeable, All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indexes” rule 5.3.

The adjustment will lead to an increase in the number of Husqvarna ser. B (HUSQ B, SE0001662230) shares in the VINX Benchmark index, according to the terms of the rights issue, as from the Ex date March 10, 2009. Further information regarding the adjustment of VINX Benchmark index will be published in connection with the adjustment.
