CORRECTION: Consolidated non-audited financial interim report of AB „Rokiskio suris“ for 12 months of 2008

Supplemented profit/loss statement for 4Q 2008/2007.

The consolidated non-audited financial interim loss of the Group of AB
”Rokiskio suris” for 12 months of 2008, made LTL 18.719 million (EUR 5.421
million). 
In 2007, the Group of AB „Rokiskio suris” earned LTL 34.238 million (EUR 9.916
million) of consolidated audited net profit. 
In 2008, the Group's non-audited consolidated sales made LTL 679.015 million
(EUR 196.656 million), i.e. by 2,11 per cent more than during the same period
of last year. In 2007, consolidated audited sales made LTL 664.962 million (EUR
192.586 million). 
The greatest part of the loss was suffered by the Company during the first half
year 2008, when the market recovery was expected and the products were produced
under the conditionally high prices for raw milk which was not economically
reasonable. In Q4 2008, the company's negative result was caused by the
reduction in the value of the company's financial and other assets.
