Equities: Adjustment of OMX Stockholm Benchmark index due to the Rights Issue in SEB (42/09)

Due to the Rights Issue in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (11:5) rate SEK 10 per share, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will act and adjust Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken ser. A (SE0000148884) in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.3.

On the Ex date March 9, 2009 the number of shares for Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken ser. A (SE0000148884) in OMX Stockholm Benchmark Index will be increased to 1 697 290 554 shares.
