Cross Atlantic Commodities Inc. Receives Encouraging Data During Test Marketing and Extends Program

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., March 4, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cross Atlantic Commodities, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CXAC), a manufacturer and distributor of nationally branded commodities, including food and general merchandising for stores nation-wide, confirms today that their nation-wide commercials for its Rejuv by Caci(r) beauty products have been extended throughout the weekend and now include a free trial.

Jorge Bravo, President and CEO of CXAC, comments, "The test results for the Rejuv by Caci(r) commercials were very interesting. We broke sales down by region. We were able to retrieve vital data from each of the networks. We studied how many calls came in, how many hits our web site received and which times work best. We now know the strength of the offer, where to effectively purchase media, what time slots work best (and in which region), and how the web site handles orders."

After analyzing the media testing results, CXAC spoke with industry leaders in Direct Response Marketing (DRM) and it was unanimously decided to adjust the Rejuv by Caci(r) offer by providing a 14 day FREE trial. Our competitors are now offering similar trials, and we felt there was a need to step up our offer. The new offer will run beginning next week.

"The new offer of a 14 day FREE trial was the strongest response we received during our meeting with industry experts," stated Bravo. "Our recent media tests show Rejuv by Caci(r) is a desired product so it has been decided that a 14 day FREE trial would likely yield a greater return on investment. This short run over the weekend will allow us to see the impact of our new offer - 14 day FREE trial," continued Bravo.

"Our objective is to put together a solid campaign for Rejuv by Caci(r). We have some of the best talent in the industry working with us and have faith in their suggestions from their years of expertise. After this weekend we will go with the program that works best and look forward to launching our campaign with $100,000 per week in media buying," concluded Bravo.
