NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of March 4, 2009 to resume the trading in AS “Latvijas Zoovetapgāde”shares (ZOV1R) starting with the trading session of March 5, 2009. On 27 February, 2009 at 16:51 AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” published in the NASDAQ OMX Riga information distribution system company's financial report of 12 months for year 2008, where information on the situation in the company and its planned future activities was given. Considering that the newly elected Management Board of AS "Latvijas Zoovetapgāde", which is registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic has gained control over the company and is able to control its commercial activities, as well as it has submitted the 12 months financial report of the year 2008, AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” has eliminated all reasons, based on which trading was suspended.
