Proha Oyj Stock Exchange Bulletin March 05, 2009 at 9.00 a.m. PROHA PLC STOCK OPTION PLANS 2005, 2006 AND 2007 In its meeting on March 4, 2009, Proha Plc's Board of Directors decided, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the option plans, to redeem without consideration option rights from persons whose employment with Proha Group has ended as well as from those members of the Board of Directors whose term has ended or will end at the Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2009. The redemption concerns in total 30,000 option rights under the 2005 Plan, 211,000 option rights under the 2006 Plan and 344,000 option rights under the 2007 Plan.
