Leading Nordic operator expands order for Tilgin's IP software 

Stockholm, Sweden, March 6, 2009: Tilgin, a leading provider of solutions for
multiplay and next-generation broadband services, today announces a new order on
software and services from one of its larger clients, a leading Nordic telecom
operator. Tilgin's software enables the operator to continuously strengthen its
consumer offering by IP-services.

The operator will upgrade to Tilgin's latest service and device management
software, VCM 5, to be deployed in Swedish households. The order value is
approximately SEK 3 million.

Tilgin VCM 5 is designed according to Broadband Forum's TR-069 standard and
offers auto-provision of customer premises equipment (CPE), as well as the
capacity to comprehensively manage, diagnose and troubleshoot up to millions of
devices in homes.

This new order is a positive development of the continuous relationship Tilgin
has with its client and an important step in realizing the potential of the
deployment volumes and geographic reach also in 2009. In the series of orders
from this operator Tilgin is providing customized software to meet the
operator's specific requirements and allowing it to communicate in a
plug-and-play manner, with its subscribers. This customized solution decreases
the operational costs and need for costly support and helpdesk assistance.
