Inc., (OTCBB:ALIF) (www.artificial-life.com), today signed a licensing
agreement with Borussia Dortmund, the famous German soccer club, to produce a
soccer game for mobile devices featuring the current team.

Borussia Dortmund (also known as BVB) is a German soccer club based in
Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, and is one of the most successful clubs in
German soccer. The club has won six German soccer championships and two DFB
Pokal victories. The UEFA Cup Winners' Cup that Borussia won in 1966 made it
the first German team ever to win a European title. BVB's most successful year
was in 1997 when it won the FIFA Club World Cup and was crowned UEFA Champions
for the second time.

Borussia Dortmund currently has the largest average attendance in all of
Germany and one of the largest in Europe attracting on average over 80,000 fans
per game. Stars playing for the team include: Sebastian Kehl, Florian Kringe,
Kuba, Dede, Alexander Frei, Marc Ziegler, Tinga and Nelson Valdez. Jurgen Klopp
is the head coach for the team, as well as one of the most famous and popular
coaches in the league. The mobile soccer game will feature the likenesses of
all current team members along with statistical team highlights -- contributing
to a genuine soccer experience for Borussia Dortmund fans.

The game is tentatively scheduled for release in the third quarter of 2009,
around the start of the new 09/10 soccer season, pending for approval.
