Grant of warrants
Copenhagen, 9 March 2009. In accordance with announcement no. 19/2008 Maconomy
A/S has issued a number of warrants to Marstrand Innovation A/S as the second
batch of payment for the IP rights to People Planner. The warrants are valid for
the Maconomy share with ID code DK0010274174. The value is determined based on
the average price of trades executed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen five trading days
after the decision was made to grant the warrants.
The value of the second batch is calculated from an average price of DKK 5.304
(based on trades made 2-6 March 2009) and includes 301,296 warrants. Using the
Black & Scholes method based on a volatility of 67% and an interest rate of
2.976%, the value of the granted warrants is DKK 3.319 per warrant, resulting in
a total of DKK 1,000,001. The warrants can be exercised until 9 June 2009.
