- Financial instruments issued by Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank open for trading - moved to the Observation List

Financial instruments issued by Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank have been
moved to the Observation List due to uncertainty concerning the future of the
issuer, with reference to an announcement from the company from 9 March 2009
stating that the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority has taken over the
control of the company. The financial instruments of the issuer will  remain 
open for trading.  That  decision  will be subject to  review no later than
before opening of markets 10 March 2009.
