MacLean, CPA, has joined its board of directors. MacLean is a partner at Windes & McClaughry Accountancy Corporation and is a 20-year veteran of KPMG LLP.

Prior to joining Windes & McClaughry as partner in 2007, MacLean spent 20 years with KPMG; he served as an Audit Partner for the last seven of them. His practice focus spans multiple industries and includes both public and private companies. His involvement has ranged from IPOs and secondary/follow-on offerings to public debt issuances, internal control attestation, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and consulting. He is a graduate of California State University at Fullerton.
