informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on syskoplan AG, Gütersloh, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005501456, WKN: 550145, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights
on March 09, 2009  and now amount to 3.08% (this corresponds to 145600
Voting Rights).
