Systemair acquires Energoplus in Slovenia The ventilation company Systemair has come to an agreement with Energoplus in Slovenia to acquire the shares in the company per 1st of May. The company has an annual turnover of more than 100 MSEK. Energoplus is a market leader in Slovenia in ventilation and airconditioning products. The company was founded in 1990 and has more than 20 employees. - Energoplus has a strong position in Slovenia and through this acquisition we will have good opportunities to increase the sale of Systemair's products, says Gerald Engström, CEO for Systemair.
