On March 11, 2009, Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH, Asbach-Bäumenheim,
Germany, informed us in accordance with § 21 para 1 German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG') that its voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 10% on March
9, 2009 and now amount to 10.01% (2,662,352 voting rights).


On March 11, 2009, Grenzebach GmbH & Co. KG, Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany,
informed us in accordance with § 21 para 1 of the German Securities Trading
Act ('WpHG') that its voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 10% on March
9, 2009 and now amount to 10.01% (2,662,352 voting rights). These voting
rights are to be attributed to Grenzebach GmbH & Co. KG pursuant to § 22
Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. The voting right attributed to Grenzebach
GmbH & Co. KG are held through the following, controlled company:
Grenzenbach Maschinenbau GmbH, Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany.

informed us in accordance with § 21 para 1 of the German Securities Trading
Act ('WpHG') that its voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft,
Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 10% on March
9, 2009 and now amount to 10.01% (2,662,352 voting rights). These voting
rights are to be attributed to Grenzebach Verwaltungs-GmbH pursuant to § 22
Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. The voting right attributed to Grenzebach
Verwaltungs-GmbH are held through the following, controlled companies:

Grenzenbach Maschinenbau GmbH, Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany.


On March 11, 2009, Mr. Rudolf Grenzebach, Germany, informed us in
accordance with § 21 para 1 of the German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG')
that its voting rights in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140,
86165 Augsburg, exceeded the threshold of 10% on March 9, 2009 and now
amount to 10.01% (2,662,352 voting rights). These voting rights are to be
attributed to Mr. Grenzebach pursuant to § 22 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1
WpHG. The voting rights attributed to Mr. Grenzebach are held through the
following, controlled companies: Grenzebach Verwaltungs-GmbH,
Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany, which controls Grenzebach GmbH & Co. KG,
Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany, which controls Grenzenbach Maschinenbau GmbH,
Asbach-Bäumenheim, Germany.
