Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, London, UK, has notified us pursuant to
§ 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 12 March 2009, that on 10 March 2009 the share of
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001 went above the threshold of 10% and that the percentage of
voting rights on that day amounted to 10,056% (1,148,959 shares). These
voting rights are held by subfunds of Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.
Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, UK, has notified us
pursuant to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 12 March 2009, that on 10 March 2009 the
share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 went above the threshold of 10% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 10,056% (1,148,959
shares). Pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 WpHG, these voting rights
are in their entirety attributable to Threadneedle Investment Services
Limited, London, UK. These voting rights are held by subfunds of
Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.
