In connection with the opening of a new ISIN by Nykredit Realkredit A/S, "Final
terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S,
Capital Centre E, series 31E (floating-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation
dependent on payments on underlying bonds)" have been amended.
Amendments to the final terms for series 31E appear from Appendix 1.
