Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On 11th of March 2009, Kairos Investment Management Limited, London, UK, in
the name and on behalf of KIM SpA, Milano, Italy, informed us according to
article 21, section 1 WpHG that the voting interest of KIM SpA, Milano,
Italy in telegate AG, Munich-Martinsried, Germany, ISIN: DE0005118806, SCN:
511880, have fallen below the threshold of 5% on 9th of March 2009 and now
amount to 4,836% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,026,820
ordinary shares).

0.662% (140,531 shares) of the voting rights are attributable to KIM SpA
according to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 of the WpHG, in the amount of
4.174% or 886,289 shares according to article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

The voting rights of the following shareholder holding 3% or more in
telegate AG are to be attributed to KIM SpA: Kairos Fund Ltd.
