Seafoods ASA and attendance ballot. The notice of the annual general meeting
and attachment will be sent to all shareholders with an known address
seperately on 19 March 2009.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 2 April 2009 at 12:30 hrs at Felix
Konferansesenter, Aker Brygge, Oslo, Norway. Ballots will be distributed at the
meeting venue from 11:30 hrs to 12:30 hrs on the day of the annual general
meeting.
The meeting will be combined with “Aker-dagen,” where the Aker companies host
an open day especially organized for high-school and university students,
teachers, and student advisors.
