Trasta komercbanka has signed a letter of intent within the framework of which Trasta komercbanka has reach an agreement with the Ukrainian company "Unimax" on conclusion of a purchase agreement until 30 October 2009 on selling of 9,0055% of Misto Bank shares and 100% of the subsidiary company Rolvenden Standart, which belong to Trasta komercbanka, to the company “Unimax”, and the amount of the planned transaction is USD 30 000 000. To confirm its intention to enter into the said deal Trasta komercbanka has transferred all corporate rights to 9,0055% of Ukrainian bank Misto Bank shares to the company “Unimax”.
