Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 12, 2009 Ratio Asset Management LLP, London/UK, has informed us
according to Article 21 Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach/Germany (ISIN:
DE000507990), have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on March
6, 2009 and now amounts to 2.98% (this corresponds to 89,413 voting
rights). Thereof, 2.98% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 89,413
voting rights) are attributable to it in accordance with Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
