Equities: Adjustment of OMX Stockholm Benchmark index due to the Rights Issue in SAS (50/09)

Due to the Rights Issue in SAS AB (14:1) rate SEK 2.63 per share, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm will act and adjust SAS AB (SE0000805574), provided that today’s EGM approves the proposal, in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges´ All-Share, Sector and Benchmark Indices”, rule 5.3.

On the Ex date March 16, 2009 the number of shares for SAS AB (SE0000805574)  in OMX Stockholm Benchmark Index will be increased to 1 110 375 000 shares.
