HOUSTON, March 13, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sysco Corporation (NYSE:SYY) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell $500 million of Senior Unsecured Notes. The agreement provides for the notes to be issued in two tranches, comprised of $250 million due 2019 and $250 million due 2039. The notes will bear interest rates of 5.375% and 6.625% respectively, per annum.
