There are No Excuses When Henry, The Repo Man Comes to Collect -- New Book Follows a Repo Man's Exciting Repossession Trips and Escapades

YUMA, Ariz., March 13, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Henry is the manager-lender of an independent finance company located in western Wyoming. His clients are people who need financial help for short periods of time and if they can't pay their debt, Henry comes to repossess their things. But repossession has its risks which is why author Dorie Roberts, his accomplice, always carries Herman, a .38 caliber revolver. Follow their exciting repossession trips and escapades in Henry, The Repo Man!

Majority of Henry's borrowers are good risks and keep their payments current. They are the people who have kept Henry in business for twenty-five years until he retired. However, there are those who overspend their income to buy "toys" such as a camp trailer, snow machine, motorcycle, or diamond ring -- items that are nonessential and unaffordable. These people don't ask themselves if these things are needs and wants and need a lesson in managing their money.

Henry, The Repo Man contains true stories. Only the names have been changed to protect the innocent and the guilty. The author shares that the fun part of being in the finance business was attending the conventions and the trips to the State Capitol and Washington DC to lobby for changes pertaining to the lending business. Some of their interesting escapades include collecting a TV, furniture, a visit to an Indian reservation, collecting cars and more. Some are more risky than others, which is where Herman, the gun, comes into play. Luckily, Herman is only there to intimidate. But when it's time to pay up, there are no excuses when Henry, The Repo Man comes to collect!

Henry, The Repo Man will be featured in the 2009 New York Library Association Regional Book Exhibit at Niagara Falls, New York on October 15-16, 2009. For more information on this fascinating book, log on to www.Xlibris.com.
