Change of the composition of the supervisory board of Sparekassen Faaborg

Extension of the supervisory board elected by the committee of
shareholders from 6 to 7 members.
Niels Erik Jørgensen, chief financial officer, elected today for the
first time as new member of the supervisory board.
Niels Erik Jørgensen joins the board as the independent and
particularly competent member of Sparekassen Faaborg's audit
committee, which otherwise is made up by all members of the
supervisory board.
