Flensburg, 16 March 2009 - Beate Uhse AG has sold its 49-percent minority
stake in BEATE-UHSE.TV GmbH & Co. KG as of 31 December 2008. The buyer is
the majority shareholder, the Swiss-based tmc Content Group AG. This stake
has been sold as part of the restructuring programme by means of which the
Group is realigning its strategy and consistently streamlining its
investment portfolio.
