Press Release
16th of March, 2009

Opus Prodox AB (publ) today announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary SysTech
International LLC, has been awarded a support and services contract by the state
of Louisiana for the Batan Rouge area in a competitive procurement. The contract
is of great strategic importance for future upcoming procurements in the region.
The contract period is one year with two possible one-year extensions.

The contract includes performing on-site activations and support services at
inspection stations, and establishing/maintaining a Help Center for providing
troubleshooting support.

“We are proud to be selected as the winning bidder for the important emission
testing services in the state of Louisiana.”, says Lothar Geilen, CEO of SysTech
International. “This win is confirmation of our strategy to provide government
agencies with the best value in the industry. We will employ our internet-based
service application coupled with ‘old-fashioned' hands-on premier service to the
170 inspection stations in the Louisiana vehicle testing area.”

The contract calls for SysTech to maintain and provide support for the On-Board
Diagnostic (OBD II) testing and data collection system at a very high standard
enabling stations to provide excellent service to the motoring public. The
emissions tests are performed in conjunction with annual safety inspections.
These annual safety and emissions inspections consist of inspecting the
vehicle's safety equipment, a visual anti-tampering check of emissions
equipment, a gas cap integrity test and an OBD II test of the emission control
systems.

The order value is not disclosed due to competitive reasons. The contract does
not trigger any earn-out payments to the sellers of SysTech.
