Geveko disposes the Corrosion protection operation in Göteborg, Sweden

Geveko has arrived at an agremeent concerning disposal of the
Corrosion protection operation part of the subsidiary Geveko Industri
AB in Göteborg, Sweden.

The Corrosion protection operation will be acquired by Auson AB, a
privately owned company situated in Kungsbacka, Sweden. Auson is an
industrial player with extensive experience within the corrosion
protection field.

The disposal will be completed during the first half-year 2009 and
will only have marginal impact on the group result. Turnover of the
Corrosion protection operation  amounted to SKr 22 million in 2008."The disposal forms part of the strategy to focus on the road marking
business where Geveko holds a leading market position in Europe",
says Hans Ljungkvist."It is of great satisfaction that Auson is the purchaser and that the
majority of employees involved are offered employment with Auson."
