(Pink Sheets:BELM), one of the world's largest value-added distributors of storage and computing technology, announced today the separation of Chairman and Chief Executive functions in accordance with corporate governance best practices. Independent director and Audit Committee Chair James E. Ousley has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors; W. Donald Bell will continue as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Board member Peter Hanelt, a designated 'financial expert' as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has been appointed by the Board to succeed Mr. Ousley as Audit Committee Chair.
