Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. announces record day for the return of
capital resulting from a capital reduction

Maastricht, March 17, 2009 - Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. hereby
announces the record day for the planned return of capital resulting from a
capital reduction.

The record day for the return of capital will be Friday, March 20, 2009.
The return of capital will be paid on shareholders' deposit holdings of
shares in Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. by the close of the market on
March 20, 2009.

The return of capital will start on March 23, 2009.

Prior to the return of capital, Navigator Equity Solutions N.V. will cancel
the total number of 4,402,602 own shares held by the company since the
completion of last year's voluntary share buyback offer, resulting in a
corresponding reduction of the company's share capital.

Through these corporate actions, the company's share capital will be
reduced from EUR 13,551,150 to EUR 6,555,444.90 divided into 131,108,898
shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.05.

Also, the change of the legal form of the company from a Dutch N.V. to a
European Public Limited Company (SE) is now complete. Thus, in the future,
the company will be officially operating under the name of Navigator Equity
Solutions SE.
