NovaCast Technologies coordinates production chain for Camito dies and appoints joint CEO for two of group's production companies

Janni Dimovski, CEO for SwePart Verktyg AB since January and previously CEO for
Industrial Development Center (IUC) in Olofström, will be responsible for
NovaCast Technologies' complete production chain by adding duties as CEO for
special foundry Camito Technology Center (CTC). Janni Dimovski, 43, has long
and solid experience in production and car body parts technology after 17 years
at Volvo Car Corporation in Gothenburg. When he left Volvo in 2004 to become
CEO at IUC, where Volvo is part owner, Janni was acting manager for Volvo's
body shop. Former CEO at CTC, Bengt Karsten, will become production manager.

NovaCast Technologies' group CEO Hans Svensson sees a joint CEO for the group's
two production companies as enabling more efficient work on creating synergies
between the companies.

”When we acquired SwePart Verktyg last fall we took an important step towards
creating a complete value chain both for production and sales of primarily
Camito die castings. We have already optimized marketing efforts by creating a
joint sales and marketing organization. By appointing a joint CEO for the
production companies we are taking the next step towards also creating an
effective and collected production process leading to the complete die”, says
Hans Svensson.

Janni Dimovski is also positive about the possibilities.

”It will be very exciting to be able to create the complete production chain
for Camito dies - from Camito die shoe casting at CTC to completed dies at
SwePart. Through this coordination we will create good condidtions for a close
dialogue between companies and together work towards making every lead in the
production process more effective ”, says Janni Dimovski in a comment about his
appointment.
