The Annual General Meeting will be held on 2 April 2009 at 12:30 hrs at Felix
Konferansesenter, Aker Brygge, Oslo. Ballots will be distributed at the meeting
venue from 11:30 hrs to 12:30 hrs on the day of the annual general meeting.
The meeting will be combined with “Aker-dagen,” where the Aker companies host
an open day especially organized for high-school and university students,
teachers, and student advisors.
