SRAB Shipping AB announced on the 18th of March 2009 that the company, due to a loss of SEK 32 million from an aborted shipping contract, will make a balance sheet for liquidation purposes and will propose to the AGM that the share capital of the company is written down.
With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the ser. B shares in SRAB Shipping AB (ISIN code SE0000384372 and order book ID 37730) will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Friday, March 20th, 2009.
