On the 10th of February, Atorka Group hf. announced that it had reached an agreement with all holders of bonds in the series ATOR 07 2 and the series ATOR 06 1, on stand still until 20 March 2009. During that period there were due interest payments in the series ATOR 05 1, ATOR 07 4 and JRDB 04 1, which Atorka has paid to all bond holders that are not a part of the stand still agreement. Atorka is currently working on an extension of the stand still agreement in cooperation with representatives of owners of the bond series and once a conclusion has been reached, an announcement will be released.
