Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 20, 2009 , Mr Johann G. Wolbert, Deutschland has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on ALBIS Leasing AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006569403, WKN:
656940, have exceeded the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on March 20, 2009 
and now amount to 10.42% (this corresponds to 1596873 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 09.44%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1446873 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wolbert  from Blitz F06-644 GmbH.
