Equities: Oxigene Inc. transferred back from the observation segment (57/09)

Oxigene Inc. was placed on the observation segment on March 3, 2009 because the company had breached the current rule of the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm that states that a listed company have to publish their report of unaudited annual figures not later then two months from the expiry of the reporting period. Yesterday, March 19, 2009, Oxigene Inc. published their unaudited annual figures for the year 2008.

With reference to what is stated above, NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Oxigene Inc. (ISIN code US6918281071 and order book ID 1033) shall be transferred back to their ordinary position.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, March 23rd, 2009.
