The Management and the newly appointed Supervisory Board of RTX Telecom are at present undertaking a review and streamlining of the organization as a part of the Group's overall strategy and to strengthen the Group to the challenging economic environment in which the Group operates. As a step in this process the Management of RTX Telecom has initiated a capacity reduction to adjust the Group's costs. The adjustment is carried through in the Danish parent company with among other a further reduction in staff of around 30 employees on top of the 14 employees dismissed at the end of January 2009. The reduction is primarily carried through within the administrative staff, project and development functions and other support functions. The Group's sales activities will remain intact, and the development functions are adapted to the activity level of the Group. The dismissals will have effect by the end of the financial year and have no significant impact on the company's earnings in the current financial year 2008/09. The expectations published on 26 February 2009 are maintained, and with these undertakings the organization expects to be prepared for growth from next financial year 2009/10.
