no 07/09 NASDAQ OMX Commodities and Nord Pool ASA offer new members six month annual fee relief period


(Lysaker/Oslo, 23 March 2009) Nord Pool ASA and NASDAQ OMX Commodities announced that beginning 1 April, it will waive annual fees for new members for a temporary period. During this time new members will only be subject to traded and cleared volume fees. The promotion will be in effect until 31 September. 
Head of NASDAQ OMX Commodities, Geir Reigstad, comments:
“This introductory offer will provide a further incentive for entering the Nord Pool markets and demonstrate the benefits of being a member of Europe's largest power exchange. Potential members will have the opportunity to trade and clear Nord Pool products with no fixed fees for this period.”
