Investor AB's Annual General Meeting will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at
1:00 pm at the City Conference Centre, Barnhusgatan 12-14, in Stockholm.
Registration for the meeting will commence at 11.30 a.m.

Representatives of the news media and analysts are welcome to attend the
meeting. There will be opportunities for interviews immediately after the

arrive.
