Dicentia A/S - deletion
Dicentia A/S will be deleted from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen with effect from 25
March 2009.
At the same time the following convertible bonds will be deleted.

The trading of the shares and convertible bonds will still be suspended up to
and including today, 24 March 2009.
Thus, 24 March 2009 will be the last day of trading of the company's shares and
convertible bonds on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.
The delisting is due to the fact that Dicentia A/S has gone bankrupt, cf. the
company's announcement of 23 March 2009.
