TRAINERS' HOUSE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 24 MARCH 2008 AT 8:00 Trainers' House has concluded the codetermination negotiations initiated in February. As a result of the negotiations the personnel of the Group will be reduced by 81 persons, of which 56 through lay-offs and 25 through other arrangements. The personnel reductions concern mainly loss making subcontracting work, which is exposed to high price pressure and yields only immeasurable, non-business critical value to the customers. The company will save EUR 9 million annually due to personnel reductions and rationalization. The costs of personnel reductions and estimated other costs of the restructuring will be booked as in the first quarter's reporting. As a result the ongoing quarter to be loss making.
