Peab builds a new hotel in Stockholm 

Peab has been commissioned to build a new hotel close to Kista Fair in
Stockholm. Arthur Buchardt is the client and contract sum amounts to about SEK
600 million. 

The building will consist of partly a hotel with 300 rooms and partly a
restaurant, offices and conference activities. The building will be over 120
meters high and one of the highest in the Stockholm area. The hotel is designed
by Wingårdh architectural office. 

The contract is subject to a detailed plan to be adopted by the City of
Stockholm, which is expected to take place during August 2009.
