CORRECTION TO NOKIAN TYRES PLC FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 2008 PRESENTATION MATERIAL

Nokian Tyres clarifies the contradictory information given in the Financial
Statements Bulletin and the related presentation material on February 11, 2009
concerning the outlook for 2009. 

The company repeats its estimate given in the financial statement bulletin: The
company expects the first-quarter net sales and operating profit to be clearly
below the previous year.
