* Consolidated sales in 2008 up more than 20% to EUR164.6 million
(previous year: EUR136.5 million)
* Consolidated EBIT grows by 33% from EUR12 million to EUR16 million
* Earnings per share rise 16.3% to EUR1.78 (previous year: EUR1.53)
Frankfurt/Main, March 26, 2009 - Fiscal 2008 was the most successful year
in euromicron's history. The Group generated sales of EUR164.6 million, an
increase of 20.6% over the previous year's EUR136.5 million.
Consolidated EBIT grew in the period under review by 33.2% from EUR12
million to EUR16 million. The EBIT margin increased from 8.8% to 9.7%.
Consolidated net income rose in 2008 by around 15% to EUR8.1 million
(previous year: EUR7 million).
The euromicron Group again posted a significant increase of 16.3% in
undiluted earnings per share to EUR1.78 compared with EUR1.53 in the
previous year.
