Herlev, 26 March 2009 Company Announcement no. 7/2009 Postponement of the publication of the Annual Report Greentech Energy Systems A/S has previously announced that the Company's Annual Report would be published on Friday 27 March 2009. As described in Company Announcement no. 6/2009 dated 11 March 2009, the Company is working on the establishment of a medium term financing solution in order to secure the Company's construction activities and operations. The Company has received offers for financing solutions, which if and when completed, will cover the Company's cash requirement. The Company expects to finalise these discussions over the next few days. As the above-mentioned loan offers are of importance for the presentation of the Company's Annual Report, the Board of Directors of Greentech Energy Systems A/S has resolved to postpone the publication of the Annual Report until Tuesday 31 March 2009.
