ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO THE SECURITIES ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10

Alma Media has received information to the effect that the holding of
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) in the share capital and
voting rights of Alma Media Corporation will remain unchanged.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) holds 11,958,000 Alma Media
shares, representing 16% of voting rights and share capital.
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken informed Alma Media about the share
transaction on 26 February 2009.
