The following events took place during the annual General Meeting of the
Shareholders held on 27th March 2008:
-the consolidated Annual Report was introduced;
-the conclusions of the external auditor were announced;
-the reviews and suggestions of the Supervisory Council were announced;
-the Financial statements of the bank for the year 2008 and consolidated
Financial statements were approved;
-the distribution of retained earnings was approved.
