CORRECTION TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2,
SECTION 10 

The stock exchange release published today by Digia Plc incorrectly states that
the ownership amount by Jyrki Hallikainen of the shares and votes of Digia Plc
would be 10.04 per cent. The correct ownership amount is 10.24 per cent of the
shares and votes of Digia Plc. 

Corrected announcement: 

We hereby announce that Digia Plc has been notified, in accordance with Chapter
2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of a change in the
company's ownership: 

Jyrki Hallikainen has on March 26, 2009 informed Digia that he controls Digia
Plc's shares and votes which exceeds one-tenth (1/10). Altogether Jyrki
Hallikainen controls 2,134,463 shares of Digia, corresponding to 10.24 % of
Digia's shares and votes.

The share capital of Digia Plc comprises in total EUR 2,085,364.50 and
20,853,645 shares.
