Amendment to "Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in
Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre E, series 12E (fixed-rate noncallable
bonds, amortisation independent of payments on underlying loans)" 

In connection with the opening of new ISINs by Nykredit Realkredit A/S, "Final
terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S,
Capital Centre E, series 12E (fixed-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation
independent of payments on underlying loans)" have been amended. 

Amendments to the final terms for series 12E appear from Appendix 1.
