Change in composition of Nomination Committee 

Helen Olausson, who represents AB Skrindan and others on SCA's Nomination
Committee, has announced that she is resigning from her Nomination Committee
position due to changes in ownership. 
The Nomination Committee, which reports that its work prior to the 2009 Annual
General Meeting is completed, considers that at this time there is no reason to
appoint a replacement.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 2 April 2009 at 15.00 CET in Aula
Magna, Stockholm University, Frescati, Stockholm.
