following final terms for the "Prospectus for the offering of ROs in Nykredit
Realkredit A/S, Capital Centre G" is added: 

"Final terms for the prospectus for the offering of ROs in Nykredit Realkredit
A/S, Capital Centre G, series 01G (fixed-rate callable bonds, amortisation
dependent on payments on underlying loans)." 

The ISINs of the final terms for series 01G appear from Appendix 1.
